The Catbird Seat was just named in GQ’s article, “The Ten Best New Restaurants in America.” How awesome is that?? The article mentions the unspoken chemistry between chefs Erik Anderson and Josh Habiger that makes the unique, interactive dining experience truly one of a kind. If you haven’t gotten a chance to eat at The Catbird Seat in Midtown, good luck, because it was hard to snatch a spot before the GQ mention.
