The Catbird Seat’s Chefs, Erik Anderson and Josh Habiger, have been nominated for “The Peoples Best New Chef” in Food and Wine Magazine. Since reservations at The Catbird Seat are near impossible to snag, I would dare to say these two might be “The Peoples Best New Chef,” in Nashville at least.

The Catbird Seat was just named in GQ’s article, “The Ten Best New Restaurants in America.” How awesome is that?? The article mentions the unspoken chemistry between chefs Erik Anderson and Josh Habiger that makes the unique, interactive dining experience truly one of a kind. If you haven’t gotten a chance to eat at The Catbird Seat in Midtown, good luck, because it was hard to snatch a spot before the GQ mention.
